At the Freelancer headquarters, different product teams act as small startups within a larger company. They have command and control over their own products. These teams have access to all information required to make the best decisions for everything they ship externally.
The same strategy applies to international growth, communications, and support teams. They function as independent units but are all guided by the same goal of changing lives across the globe. There are VPs in all Freelancer offices that look after the overall operations of these smaller teams.
Freelancer.com is an innovative platform for people to collaborate online.
