We need artist renderings for a new commercial bakery building. Building is small: 40W x 60D ft. We need street front street views only ( 40 ft.) and possibly one or two overhead plan views of the interior layout. The look, color, & design is identical to the building in the attached pictures, only bigger. The patio in front is also identical. Sidewalls are 14 ft. Roof pitch is 8/12. Roof is black and brown shingles.

I will work with the winner to mock up an overhead interior view.

I have added a plan view. Not to scale. The interior is not particularly important other than to represent a bakery with a brick oven.

Hello contest holder,
Will it be possible for you to send the full image of the site including with the existing building? Because I'm unable to find any image or 360 photo on google, Its in 207 Market st. Iowa if I'm not wrong?

Dear contest holder, this is an interesting project and I would love to participate in it. Although it is crucial that mention more specific details of what you would like in the interior plan, for example, where you'd like the reception, number of seating(if any), display area etc. Please provide the CAD layout, if you can.
