I'm looking for a high end Photoshop/graphic designer for Beauty/fashion retouching. I have attached the photo I require to be retouched. I require skin to be smoothed and make up to be cleaned and fresh. The hair to be neatened, but not to appear over edited. I have regular work to offer to the winner also, so the winner will get a lot more work in the future.

Please note:
Skin Smoothed
Eyes more focus and piercing
Hair needs a lot of cleaning up, stray hairs removed, bun more rounded, hair line smoothed out.
Rolled skin around collar removed.

I shot and own the photo uploaded and is copyrighted to myself with a model release.
