We are a residential construction company focused on providing senior homeowners an opportunity to age at home with no cost to them for any necessary modifications. The company name is The Solomon Solution. Our target market are seniors who lack the necessary resources for home alterations. The premise of the business model is that we will gut and rebuild a senior's existing home to their needs at no cost to them in exchange for the right to build a new home on the property. We call this vertical subdivision. We retain the right to sell, lease or otherwise manage the new building. The entity is not a non-profit organization, rather, we are social entrepreneurs with an objective of “doing well, while doing good.” Presently we do not have a specific color palette in mind but tend to prefer bold, authorative tones that project trustworthiness. In terms of a tagline, something along the lines of 'helping senior homeowners age gracefully at home' or 'providing senior homeowners the comfort and security of ageing at home'...So concepts around buzzwords of senior homeownership, comfort, security, trustworthy, ageing gracefully, retention of home ownership, no-cost construction, partnering with seniors, etc. are envisioned.
