Require a Discord logo with a Discord Server invite banner made ( Banner to be used on other platforms also but mainly Discord )

So the logo i'd like to represent the world as it's a community full of people from across the world. The attached image is either what i'd like to use or something similar

So start with the center, I'd like 'Next Gen Gamers' in the middle with Gamers on a 2nd line under Next Gen. The font some sort or smart bubble font but the color i'd like to be like the black saber from Star Wars, so Neon black with the Neon White glow around it.

Then the 4 corners of the logo 25% Top left , Top right, bottom left, bottom right i'd like to have Strong neon colors so Example Neon blue to left really strong color which fades in color as it reaches the each and the stars start to shine through.

Top left Neon blue = PlayStation Color
Top right Neon green = XBox Color
Bottom left Neon Red = Nintendo color
Bottom Right Neon (Color unknown)= PC
