DOOR KNOB BROCHURE/LEAFLET

Our company ls a construction company that specializes in basement development and home renovations. However, this summer we are looking to diversify our business by introducing a new class of business which is Garage construction. We want to introduce it with a strong special pricing promotion.

We also plan on generating strong leads with special pricing promotion for our basement development business. Hence
we are looking to develop strong and effective marketing brochures that we can use for sales.

The winner must also do a fantastic write up and showcase some of our work clearly in the door leaflet/brochure. Our basement pics are available in the gallery area of our website and you are welcome to use your own legitimate pics for garages (canadian) as we don't have any garage pics to share at this time.

BASEMENT PACKAGE

SPECIAL: new basement development package (600 sq ft up to 750 sq ft):

all permits included, workmanship guaranteed!

•one or two rooms

•1 bathroom including industry standard 24" to 36" vanity/granite top (sink, cabinet & mirror), toilet, tub, exhaust fan, faucets and complete bathroom accessories
•finish stairs to basement
•install carpets to all areas except bathroom and furnace room
•install industry standard tiles to bathroom floor and shower walls
•install lighting (4 pot light living area)
•apply white popcorn or knock down texture to ceiling
•install white 6 panel doors & hardware
•install white 2.1/2” MDF casings on all windows and doors, and install 4" MDF headers on doors
•install white 3.3/4” MDF baseboards
•paint all walls one or two colors (additional colors will be extra)
•install white tamper-resistant decora plugs
•install white decora switches
•install 1/2" x 4' x 8' drywalls
•completion within 5 to 6 weeks
