Looking for an ad creative editor to help with ongoing ad creative editing for my main brand, Painless Tattoo. Said creatives are launched & ran across many paid channels (FB, IG, Snap, Pin, YT). Winner takes the pot of this contest & can do majority of our editing monthly. (I'll likely make offers on any edits in which are really good, but aren't necessarily the overall winner)

Painless Tattoo is launching a new product - "Painless Tattoo Numbing Spray"

Uploaded file assets contain multiple UGC clips of various tattoo artists testing out the spray as part of product prototype feedback. Some partial, some contain multiple clip segments.

Looking for an engaging, compelling & exciting compilation of provided UGC assets to "hype" up pre sale. Please incorporate the "spray" sound effect in creative ways.. ie; beginning, end, transitions, to the beat?? - etc

The direction, sequencing, and format of the video is up to you. The idea of which is to be able to tell if you understand editing for engaging, actionable marketing content in which drives conversions & brand awareness.

Length: 60 sec (maximum allowed for reel placements)

Please provide the final renderings. 1 for each variable placement & source files.
- Feeds (4:5 1080x1350)
- Story/Reel (9:16 1080x1920)
- YT (16:9 1920x1080) *The tough one for UGC

Bonus points for platform specific content style awareness.

If any required assets are missing, please request and I'll try and promptly provide.

The winning video will be the first video posted to our instagram about the new product, and also be among the first ad creatives.

The product will officially be released January '23 - however "Presale" starts 12/1.

1 Day left! Contest will not be extended again. Thank you to everyone for their submissions! And special thank you to the ones of whom that put in REAL effort on your submissions. It is OBVIOUS which ones of you did.

I've seen a couple really GOOD entries come through in the last day and a half. I'm excited and optimistic to see what might come through in the next 24 hours.

Remember, besides the outright winner - I will buy ANY that are worth buying. I am picky, but it is worthwhile - I can assure you.

Thank you to everybody for the submissions and participation thus far! I've extended the contest by 3 days. I've seen some good stuff, and alot of elements in which I really like. But I've yet to see any that take advantage of every second of the potential attention span of our audience. Think "8 figure" brand - and create something representative of such a brand.

-Utilize visual attention grabbing elements
-Sprinkle in compelling audio from the people in which tested the product for us and sent back the footage
-Hype up the presale
-Sequence the clips in a way that grabs and keeps attention (IE; tattooing vs spraying)

Hello! My name is Shane #20 . I have been in the video production business for more than 20years. I just sent over an entry for the contest. The picture is just a placeholder for the contest, the link goes to a google drive folder containing the video. I am based in Florida, EST. I came up with some creative ways to showcase the videos for the YouTube 16:9 format. I will upload the "reels" and "stories" later today or tomorrow. Also for those contestants in which utilizing txt/copy, consider these points for additional context:
-Our flagship product and what everyone knows us for is Painless Tattoo Numbing Cream.
--The numbing cream is applied ahead of the tattoo session to eliminate the pain of the tattoo.
--The cream works on "unbroken" skin.
--Think "pre tattoo numbing"
-Painless Tattoo Numbing Spray is a new product which is used during the tattoo
--The spray works on "broken" skin
--Think "during the tattoo"
--It's use case is either as our cream begins to wear off, or to help ensure a tattoo session is finished/maximized.

This means one can sit and get tattooed for as long as they want completely pain-free

Something I didn't note in the description that is important - After spending millions and testing countless video formats...
-We've found that our customer reactions & testimonials sell the product best. As I'm sure you noticed, there's alot of really good audio mixed through those clips - like "are you in skin right now" or "what did they put some ferry dust in there" - which conveys the quality of the product and is what ultimately sells it. I recommend working in some of the audio from those scenes!
-Those reactions are typically best used in the first few seconds to draw people in, and then sprinkle them through the rest of the video as we continue to tell the rest of the story.
