I would like to have a couple of anime avatars drawn based on photos with emphasis on face. They should look like some cool heroes from an anime. As the pictures will be on a wall, they should be very well recognizable from a distance.

Also, I would like to have the avatars to be upgradeable to 4 different styles (background color, facial details, equipment) with certain styling, so they can represent four different levels of characters:

- Novice
- Intermidiate
- Veteran
- Master

I need 6 avatars for now (+styling for each level) and the list will be extended from time to time, so I'm looking for someone who will be available for years from now.

Vector based pictures highly preferred. Min. size and aspect ratio: 21 cm wide * 30 cm tall

Please submit some references.

Kindly check my new entry with a few added features for references and better understanding of the character.
My new entry shall be #53 .
I've made 4 characters with their respective reference pictures added. I've also ranked them from Novice, Intermediate, Veteran and Master grading levels to make navigation easier.
