I want a 3 page website for a charity. The first page will be a description of the charity and the target users. The second page will be a form to collect information from potential users. The form will feed the information entered back to an email address so it can be reviewed. The email address will just be a simple [login to view URL] email. The 3rd page will be to for users to upload comments and pictures, maybe via social media.

I’d like a design and build service for the website.

To help with design ideas, I can tell you that the charity is a community food outreach program, it will provide hot meals for struggling families in the local area.
