I am looking for a developer who can convert my current v2 chrome extension to v3. I have the source code for the current extension and need someone who is experienced with updating the manifest file and the background pages to make the necessary changes. The ideal candidate should have experience working with chrome extensions and be familiar with background and content scripts.
