As a job offerer I need a full fledged list of aspects which need to be defined to work with freelancers and partners worldwide.
In this contest I expect to get a full list with a short description of these aspects.
Some samples:
- NDA - non disclose agreement
you need it to ensure you data and information stays protected
relevant for countries: all
- NCC - non compete clause,
you need it to ensure that your clients will not get acquired by your partners or freelancers
relevant for countries: all
- jurisdiction
define which laws get considered and which countries court will get used if a issue arrises
- contract language
for China: chinese
for EU: english
for US: english
for India: ...
- NCA - Non-Circumvent Agreement
....
- ... and so on

What is needed is a list of these aspects with a short description
Also we need to have aspects which are specific to some countries

What is NOT needed for this job is to create the contract (will be a new job)

Hello, although I understand that your contest is for someone who already has the information to deliver to you, however you think that for a request of this style someone has all this information available and that they will also deliver it for that value?

I think you should better define the scope of what you need and keep in mind that global legislation is infinite.

James, I am not getting your point about the research. If you have law background it shall be a quick win for you to write down these requirements. Or do I miss something?
There are a bunch of generators for different types of contracts, here I expect to get details/aspects of the contracts to later (different job) create a custom contract based on our needs (which will be clear after the collection of the aspects and questions needed)

regarding your question "outside/inside the purview of EU", if I understand you properly it is unclear how the contract could be enforced. This is a good point and this is also one of the aspects which needs to be collected. Also here you shall be more specific on your questions. So for the later contract creation, you will have all answers needed to this aspect.

Also, as a practical question, supposing an issue arises, and your contractor lies outside the purview of EU law, how exactly do you intend on enforcing the contract?

I know you left it up to us to figure out, but as a general rule of thumb, it’s very difficult to enforce a contract, if each of the parties has an entirely different legal structure governing them. That’s why most people stick with contractors that lie within their jurisdiction.
