Hello, I saw this contest with little time to do the job, however I came with this type of style and editing. If you choose my design I will provide other images with rear, front, and side view, as you requested in your description. Also I will do my best to get to detailing. The name of the boat could be in any font what you want.

Chimney is red and white like lollypop, windows can be blue tinted also, it is easy job to do with window tint film, the cabin could be painted with transparent blue for wood. Cartoon character on the boat could be divided with different color tone behind hair line to be darker red. For the sea pattern kids sea toys can be used as mask with spraying black color over them.
