SUBMIT PROPOSALS and BIDS for project via message.
We are looking to make our scheduling system automated. Our current scheduling system includes: Someone scheduling a customer(or event) on a 31 day calendar 10ftx6ft white board (See pic below). Someone types the customer onto our weekly schedule(excel spreadsheet) and finds a group of other customers to schedule them with based on location, time, etc. Next someone prints the weekly schedule and prepares for next step. Problem: Someone must manually type in and put all this together into the grand schedule (spreadsheet) and setup the board for reference which is time consuming. Solution: Is to create an automated scheduling system that can view, edit, create events on a recurring basis. We are open for this be a website or desktop program.
