Краткое описание конкурса

I am going to carve a Santa Claus figurine for Christmas. I have a hard time envisioning the project from nothing, but am good to carve from a model. The second attachment is an example of what I am trying to achieve. Mainly, I like the idea of a deer tucked up next to Santa. However, I don't like the style of the Santa. The first attachment is me. I would like the Santa to be based off of my face. Of course, with a larger beard. In summary, please design a Santa figurine with a deer tucked up against it, with the Santa based on my face.
