For this guaranteed contest, I am looking for a high-quality interior design for the kitchen and living room for this new construction development. The winner chosen will have submitted a "finished and furnished" design for the kitchen and living room.

The "winning" design needs to use the ACTUAL floor plan attached.

The 3D Rendering should be positioned as if a photo was taken from standing at the covered deck door and capture BOTH the living room and the kitchen.

The home is selling in a Coastal Area of North Carolina and the interior should reflect a light and bright coastal home (see attachment for a previous contest's winning design for Coastal Design).

Furnishings should reflect Coastal Design. "Coastal interior design often incorporates natural elements from scenic beaches and coastlines, such as natural woods, jute, rattan, and linen fabrics. The coastal aesthetic also favors a lighter color palette where shades of blue and white mimic the crashing waves of the ocean."
