Краткое описание конкурса

2 subterranean short stay apartments used mostly for Airbnb.
Need for these apartment and the hallway leading down to these apartments to be visually appealing. Think “instagramable”. In other words create an emotion of “wow this looks really nice” and almost prompt people to want to take pictures. More so the feeling must incorporate warmth "cozy". So the use of comfortable fabrics, linnens and drapes are a must. Note these floors can not have carpets due to moisture and dampness from basement level.
For design elements you can use Ikea and HM HOME. You may use other elements but be sure to include links where this can be bought in that case. This is a preference but not a must. The important thing is I get a overall design feel. For wall art you can use desenio.se . Keep the color theme simple. You may use a color click.

Create a 3d rendering based on the pictures attached. Remember the floor can not be changed.
Keep the design simple and base on ready to buy / existing furniture.

CLARITY! The stairs that go down to the hallway is open for everyone in the building. The kitchen can not be change however I am open to change the cabinet doors. The space on these sides of the hall way is to be used for storage for the airbnb apartment. I think the cleanest option is to have draped curtains here. Bathroom can not be altered when it comes to tiles. But everything else is possible. Spotlights can not be installed as the roof is not so high and because of the pipes on the roof. So for light focus on wall light fixtures and floor lights if that is to be added.

    Hi everyone! Only a few days left. I've provide feedback to a few yesterday that are the nicest. I will reject the one's that don't feel appealing so far. I assume a new submission can be made. Remember, try to incorporate as much Ikea as possible. I am able to to some custom work. No spotlights in the design please. Led strips are ok. Remember don't be afraid to use curtains to add warmth in rooms. It can get noisy as the apartments are in the streets so ways to help against that is great.

    Dear contest holder, is it possible for you to measure your room? If you can post the measurements of your room, that would be much easier to draw. General length x width x height of the rooms should do but the more detailed the better ;)

    Contest is now sealed. Remember, the main focus of the contest is about creating a interior design that makes the current interior look more appealing. Do not focus on doing gran design remodelling. Focus on using nice combination of furnitures, colors, poster via desenio and drapes. I rather not do the biggest paint job but I am open to it. With bathrrom the tiles (floors and wall) will not be changed. The kitchen will most likely not be have it’s colors or style changed.
