NEW LAYOUT DESIGN
I read your explanation and tried to achieve it in the design and add to it. I tried to make the design somewhat interesting. I made a vertically open space in the stair zone that represents the heart of the house, which will allow the sun's rays to enter the house and improve the chances of natural lighting.As for dividing the internal spaces on the ground floor, it was divided into two main parts, a part for guests, which is a reception and a guest bathroom, and the private part is a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing area. The first floor was divided into 3 bedrooms with their bathrooms and a balcony The space in front of the house for parking cars and the space that was added at the back were taken into account

i really like this view - and the idea of a full height staircase at centre of the house - but perhaps staircase could be better placed.

How about the staircase from ground floor to 2nd floor starting here - with perhaps a roof light on the second floor so that it becomes heart of the house - but also doesn't occupy to much of the floor space..
