I have two tables in CSV format:

property values: contains daily real state assessed valued identified by City/District/Roll_ID (5MB)
property_desc: contains real estate information (also identified by City/District/Roll_ID) such as area and address. (10MB)

I need to develop a question answering model using an LLM model, e.g., GPT-3, whichever that work the best on these data to be able to summarize and answer the questions in an accurate way, and can interact between both tables to get the needed information.. please let me know if you have experience working on the above models. Also, I am free to discuss if there is another model that can work better than these models..
