I need you to make a sticker 10x10cm with QR code

Here is what I need:
- the big banner
*the ministry warning text has to be 10% of the height of the banner
*add kleopatra bottle to the modras bottle and same glass but red drink

- the flyer
*the ministry warning text has to be 10% of the height of the banner
**add kleopatra bottle to the modras bottle and same glass but red drink

- the sticker
*make it 10x10cm...similar design as the flyer
*add kleopatra bottle to the modras bottle and same glass but red drink
*delete current text
*the ministry warning text has to be 10% of the height of the banner
*on the sticker have text "MODRAS" , "KLEOPATRA" and "NAGRADNA IGRA"
*add QR code that links to "https://www.amon.si/en/vinogradnistvo/izdelki/modras"

the size of the warning must be BIG enough...because its a warning sign...therefore the letters height have to be 10% of height of the banner

Hi, can you please confirm you want the *the ministry warning text has to be 10% of the height of the banner, at the top or it should stay where it is just a little bit higher on the same spot?
