I am looking for a developer to create an artificial intelligence app that will teach basic Malay language skills to children and adults. The app should have a high level of interactivity, including games, challenges, and rewards. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in developing educational apps for children and a strong understanding of artificial intelligence and skills to build app. Fluency in Malay language would be a plus. The winner must submit APK file to win the award.
