Hi there.

We are looking for logo designs (artwork) for a sportswear fitness brand that we may develop in the future. Please see below for brand name information.

BRAND NAME:

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to share the brand name yet but, if it is helpful, the brand name is expected to begin with the letter G and communicate a passion for the gym.

*****If you want to include the brand name in the logo design, you can use the word "GYMPLACE" as a placeholder. We may ask for this to be replaced once we are able to share the brand name with you.*****

DESIGN:

You are free to make the logo design as simple or as complex as you like, but we do want the design to look clean, elegant, and professional.

The theme for the logo design is the gym, fitness, exercise, and/or working out. Designs may be related to the theme in some way, or the design may be abstract (with or without some sort of connection to fitness).

If it is helpful for your design process, we may like a logo design that is simple and elegant or one that communicates or suggests a passion for fitness. But, you are free to create any design that you think is interesting and professional-looking.

Please note that, if you choose to participate in this contest, we may ask you (before we select a winner) to make some changes to your design if we like it. We may ask you to change the colour, or we may make other requests for changes to the design.

MOCK-UP(S):

Please provide one or more mock-ups of your design on a black or white t-shirt or both, with the logo design located on the left side of the chest area of the shirt (please see attached image). You may also submit mock-ups of black or white hoodies or both.

Also, note that, in some situations, we may make requests for changes to the mock-up(s) during the contest period.

WINNER(S):

Important: we will select a winner and, in addition to the winner, we may select and purchase up to ten (10) additional logo designs or the maximum number permitted, but only if the price of the design is acceptable to us. We may select additional logo designs, in part, to recognise the efforts of more of the freelancers who participate in the contest that we are holding.

OTHER INFORMATION:

Since the designs may be used on various products, designers who choose to take part in our contest must agree that we (the contest holder) will (1) own the winning design and any other design(s) that we decide to purchase and (2) have the right to use it on our products without restrictions.

Also, we are looking for unique, custom designs (and not copies or reworked versions of other people’s work). Please do not use any image or design if doing so would violate the owner's rights or would impact our ability to legitimately own and use the design that you make.

If your design did not win, we will look at every design again in the coming days, and we will be in touch if we would like to and are able to buy your design. Hi Everyone. Thanks for your efforts so far. To avoid confusion and save you time, please note that we are looking for new and unique designs (even if they are simple). We are not looking for freelancers to take an existing template and design and put our brand name on it. I just wanted to mention this because we have received entries from different freelancers that are the same or almost the same design, even though the contest is sealed. Thank you and all the best.
