Краткое описание конкурса

I need a logo for Management/LEAN/sales process consulting company.
The company name is AIKOT! Letters come from finnish words Ajattele, Ideoi, Kokeile, Opi, Tee (Think, Ideation/Generate an idea of, Experiment, Learn, Do).
Logo should communicate a the brand values of
Trustworthiness
Helping the customer
Organized
Fun
Result oriented
Our customers are mainly B2B companies.
My own idea of logo is presented on the JPG attached. I thought of CAPITAL letters in a box. Capital letters could be e.g. shaded/angled and the remaining letters of each word could be incorporated into the shadowed/angled part of the letter? It could be nice if there are both horizontal and vertical logos. If the letters are designed to incorporate the respective words horizontal or vertical alignment should be quite easy.
If you happen to have a better idea i am open for suggestions.
