Hello, in this third design I propose pergolas to screen the sun on the facades, blue glass railings so that the set of curves of the pergolas and the blue of the glass are in complete harmony with the Caribbean Sea. Likewise, the slope of the roof responds especially to the recommended inclination for a future installation of solar panels with the least possible impact so that it becomes part of the overall design.
