I'm looking for a freelancer to use Photoshop to restore an old black and white photo. The photo will be framed and required to be approx 15x30 inches in size.

Looking to colourise and give this photo a vibrant new look. Extra points for scratch reduction and portrait improvements ie. slightly happier, both looking at the camera.
