Using the company logo as a basis, I am looking for a short animation that will have the following structure.

- Start
- Flat blue line running
- Blue line transitions into waves in sea
- Seawater wave crash into a quay wall
- Forms into company logo
- Flat blue line
- End/Repeat

The animation should be about 15 secs and will loop.
It should be clean and clear on whit background.
File size should be manageable size and should be in .mp4

Better quality logo will be supplied to winner to complete the animation. >> Logo Now uploaded

I saw in the ppt that the light blue line has shapes like buildings, could you tell me in more detail what shapes they are?

  It is just a generic built environment.
  On the quay there are STS cranes that are synonymous with Port environment.

  I have included a ppt showing sketches of the concept/idea. Two lines travelling in opposite directions to create the logo.
  
  The logo was previously created by an artist and is based on a seawater wave crashing onto a quay wall.
  
  The logo is formed by two lines. One blue, one navy. (see above)
  
  Our company is a marine civil design engineering company that specialises in the design of port infrastructure.
