Greetings!

We are in need of simple php site, where we need to set desired items, and create a table with them. Tables need to be shown at some point, and if needed, deleted and recreated with different inputs. I have attached and excel file with instructions, if anything is unclear, please ask me! I will gladly work with you to get this done. Our current one is complex and buggy, and it doesn't work on Safari for some reason, so we need this one asap.

I would do it myself, but I'm way too short with time.

Please keep the code clean, I will use and modify this project in the future, and need to make adjustments to it from time to time. I hate spending hours of finding the right line in the mess of a code, and even worse, finding the lines that are even not in the use for this project.

The budget is at around 100€
