Should be easy and fast to do, for someone who has experience in architectural site layout design.
The attached file 'site plan' have some measurements that should be enough to execute this job (we know we are not providing CAD, so 100% accuracy is not needed and expected).

The file 'site use' will give the area to work on (again, following as close as possible is accepted). Yellow parts to be used, orange, if you must. Rest, NOT to be used.

The file 'green' has to be used (the area one will see entering the main entrance and looking at right side) for park, garden, badminton court, tennis court, etc. (increase or reduce the green line a little, as needed. it's flexible).

The image 'Block A' will be a type of residential block. There should be 6 of them. Your expertise comes to use now. Plan tactfully, for maximum space usage after having 6 of them.

Each block (entire pack of 6 of them actually) should be surrounded by a wide enough driveway, to not only smooth car movement but also movement if cars are parked ON THAT driveway attached to blocks.

The image 'pool' will give you an idea what is needed. AMong those 6 blocks, between any 2 blocks, there will be big swimming pool, and big clubhouse (really big, for premium indoor games, etc).. There sizes flexible, as per your experience, suggest.

**** Only 1 pool and 1 clubhouse needed in entire project. NOT a pair between each 2 blocks.

IMPORTANT LAST PART NOW.
Once done above all, create a block type B your self. May be square, rectangle, no issue. Total area maximum 3/4th of block A area. And place AS MANY blocks possible in the remaining area. But of course in way, where actually humans will live. Driveways needed similarly, but for movement only, so narrower. Cars wont be parked on the driveway.
In this section (type B), a separate green area, maybe smaller than earlier, for just a kids park or so is preferred.

The design MUST BE practical and feasible. I mean, architecturally. This is NOT just some concept or schematic design thing. Just layout needed. No 3D is needed.

Thank you to all the participants. Some of your works are really good, with good layout planning and space utilization. However, I had to choose the one we felt was the most satisfactory as per your requirements.

If confused, the given 'block A' will be highrises actually. But that's not your worry here. The given footprint is all you need. There will be 6 of them in total. Placing, and orientation, all will be as per your expert suggestions.

Only 1 pool and 1 clubhouse are needed in entire project. NOT a pair of those between each 2 blocks.

  Do you mean the pool and the clubhouse? They are normal big-scale pools and clubhouses, that you see in such residential projects. Remember though, I need just 1 pool and 1 clubhouse on the entire site. Do NOT put a pair of those between every two blocks.
