Hi Sir, Based on your site requirements, I had made this layout. ** Each Block A is surrounded by wide enough driveway and separate car parking area are provided throughout green zone and yellow zone. ** Pool and club house can be easily access by each block. I provided big swimming pool and big club house as per your requirement. (Club house size can be increased) ** Green zone includes Badminton court, Tennis court, Basketball court, Outdoor Gym area or sports area, kids' parks, garden area. ** Orange zone provided with 11 type B blocks. Driveway for type B was narrower than block A driveway. It has separate kids park area. Please check my entry and share your feedback. *** Note : I have uploaded 5 images. Sir, It's about 1270sqft. What's the minimum area required for type B? Maximum area is up to 3/4th of type A

What is the area of each block type B? It looks area-wise each of those are almost half of block A.
