  i woud prefer a google sheet web app based , so my team can access from thier personel phone and log in thier start time , break period and end time .
  
  also i need to be able to access this and clear the data every fortnight when payrol is actioned

     You can create a Google Sheet with columns for the employee's name, start time, break period, and end time. Then, you can create a script that will run when the sheet is opened and prompt the user to enter their login information. Once they enter their information, the script can create a time stamp for their start time.
     
     For the break period and end time, you can create a similar script that will prompt the user to enter the time when they take a break and when they finish for the day. The script can also calculate the total hours worked for the day.

     To clear the data every fortnight, you can create a separate sheet where you can enter the pay period end date. Then, you can create another script that will run on the pay period end date and clear the data for the previous pay period.
     
     Finally, you can turn the Google Sheet into a web app using Google Apps Script. This will allow your team to access the sheet from their personal phone and log in their start time, break period, and end time.
