We purchased this building and want to renovate the front. No more steel siding. The new tenant is "Hometown Floral"
The windows need to stay the same, but the rest can be changed. We like vintage, historical renovation, but we would also consider modern. The building is wood, but choice of materials is negotiable.

The shake canopy needs to go! We would also like to add a window on the side.

Hello, I want to ask some questions to help design.
1- What is the allowed space for displaying products in front of the shop?
2- Should I stick to the protruding part above the window and the door in the front of the shop, or can it be removed??

  The protruding part needs to be removed. There is about 5 meters of space for winds displays.

Hello Everyone. We really like the black and white look. We are open to replacing the windows. The original building had a door in the corner, at a 45 degree angle, but we can live with it as is.
