I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in creating and editing a promotional video of a real estate project. The video will be used to showcase my product and services to potential customers. We have 3 MP4 videos that you can take relevant scenes from and also high quality photos that you can incorporate into the video.

Skills and experience:
- fluent English
- Proficient in video creation and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Ability to work with little direction and bring creative ideas to the table
- Experience in creating promotional videos that engage the audience and drive sales
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

The video should be approx. 2 minutes in length. I do not have any preferred software or platform for the video creation process, so I am open to suggestions. I would like the final product to be visually appealing, professional, and informative. We would require;
1) high quality video for use on websites, youtube, etc.
2) a version for use on social media (facebook, linkedin, Instagram, etc.)
3) a lower quality version for sending via whats app,
4) at least 10 still pictures taken from video 1 and 2 for our marketing purposes.

You are free to use a suitable classic sound track as background or we will nominate a sound track later in the competition.

thanks very much for all the fantastic entires on this. I wish I could pick more than one winner but that is not possible. I have more or less decided on a winner and am finalising some changes with them. So please do not do any more work on this contest.

consider adding some animation showing the location of the project on googe maps and how close the project is to the the airport (20 km), historical centre (8km), beaches (b on the map), French and British schools (a on the map) etc

Hello everyone, I am looking at several of the entries this morning. One error that keeps repeating is that you are using footage from Video 3 that is not in the times specifed in the Contest Notes. The villa in this video is sold and we do not have the permission of the client to use the interior of their house.

So we ask you to check your submissions and delete the footage that is not in the "contest notes".

• Take ambient video from time 00:00:03 to 00:00:25 – Project neighbourhood.
• Take ambient video from time 00:04:52 to 00:05:10 - golf.
• Take ambient video from time 00:05:26 to 00:07:08 – Malaga City.

Hello, I did the full video
Video duration is 2 min
VIDEO CONTENT
at the begging of the video i did like a fast teaser of the city and the villa interior and exterior to catch the attention of the viewer then i did a seamless transition between the villas and the city in order to showcase the villa and show the beautiful city and the mountain and the sea and respect the video length i also cut the 3 villas in the bottom
I did a full HD video.
versions for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram respecting the aspect ratio of the platforms.
20 pictures taken from videos 1 and 2.
a 480P version for whatsapp.
