I'm looking to develop a very simple battery operated device. It is to be a circular, puck shaped device (circle 5" diameter, 1" thick). The front face contains a large button with a speaker behind it. When the button is pressed, a sound (to be determined: white noise, ocean wave, rainfall, something like this) will play for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, the sound stops. Pressing the button again will start the sound again for 3 min, and so in. There are no other settings or controls, just this button to start the sound.
