Seeking legal drafting and consultation on possible courses of action. I am a creditor with over $20,000 in claims against an individual debtor who lives in NYC who also owes significant amounts to other creditors, including his landlord ($180,000 in rent owed). The debtor is insolvent but I suspect has significant assets that have been hidden while he has not been paying creditors. I am worried the debtor will cut a deal with the landlord (the largest creditor) leaving me and other creditors with no recovery.
