I am going through a divorce and working with a mediator. My husband is a funeral director and we have lived at a mortuary free of charge for the past 9 years. He will continue to live there. Rent and all utilities are completely included. His hourly pay is only $21 as a result, so he brings in ~$36k/yr. We have 2 kids. My issue is that my husband could choose not to agree to use the average costs to calculate child support.
