We need to solder nickel tabs to an aluminum surface (potentially using a reflow oven). We will need to do many of these, eventually in a manufacturing context, but currently in R&D. The aluminum is sputtered, so it's very thin and not super flat/smooth. It's also on top of single crystalline lithium niobate (piezoelectric material), which is very sensitive to quick changes in temperature. Can you help us figure this out?
