Build a portfolio website - UI/UX designer Skills: webflow, wix

I am looking for a web developer with experience in Webflow to ensure that my website looks the same across different devices. The ideal candidate should be able to address alignment and scaling issues to ensure a consistent appearance on PC, laptop, and phone. I already have a design ready for the website, so the developer will mainly focus on implementing the necessary changes to achieve a seamless user experience.
