I have been using Zoho CRM for a number of years and need help creating some custom functions. Here are some of the many tasks I want accomplished: 1) Make certain fields automatically transfer over from one module to another. 2) Remove & clean up workflows and buttons I no longer need. We need to ensure deleting those items does not interfere with another needed elements. 3) Help think through the layout and functionality of a new module we need to create. I tell you what my end goals are and you give me suggestions on how to best accomplish. 4) Auto generate zoho books entry based on zoho CRM fields.
