We are a town planning, surveying and project management consultancy firm providing services to property developers and local governments across Queensland, Australia. As can be seen from the attached documents we have a number of fee proposal templates with different layouts. Whilst the content is individual to the business unit (e.g. surveying or project management) the design, layout and presentation differs, which give conflicting branding messages. We are seeking to formalize and standardize a fee proposal/quote template in word docx format which will be used across all business units. I have also attached a number of logos, letterheads, report covers etc. Refinement: We see the development of two standard templates. An A4 Landscape (with more colour and picture inserts for major project submissions and an A4 Portrait (more standard text based, less colour and picture).
