During a year, I launched and then managed the Facebook account of the Sunweb brand. Their goal was to adapt their strategy to the french market and promote their holiday packages (summer, winter).
Based of my experience with Best Western France, I created a full community management program for the brand: adaptation of the brand's assets to the french market, audit of their potential clients, content creation (photos and videos on the history of the destinations they promote, special offers, contests, puzzles and games) and animation of the community (moderation, answers to queries, customers relationship).
The community started growing (0 to 6 000 Facebook fans) but, before starting the second phase of the program (launch drive-to-store content) the client decided to cut budget and manage by themselves their strategy.
