We are in the process of reopening a daycare center that was temporarily closed due to the pandemic.
We require the services of a Tennessee registrant in compliance with the Architects and Engineers Licensing Law and Rule, specifically IBC Section 107, Rule 0120-02-07(3).
Our request includes the submission of a PDF copy of the daycare building plans, which must be sealed, signed, and dated by a Tennessee registrant following the Architects and Engineers Licensing Law and Rule, IBC Section 107, Rule 0120-02-07(3), as per the Memphis Fire Department's instructions.
Additionally, we need a PDF copy of the specifications manual, as outlined in IBC Section 107, Rule 0120-02-07(3)-03(3), and A&E Rule 0120-02-08(3).
The daycare building is a single-use structure located at 5119 Tulane Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38109. We have attached the CAD, PDF, and specifications files for your reference.
