3D animation and renderings for an industrial product

Job Description:
We have developed a system for deployment of fire blankets over burning cars.
I need an animation showing how the blanket is deployed and covering the burning car. I would like to show a parking garage with a burning vehicle. The blanket is removed from a storage on a wall, transported to the car (show a person doing this) and deployed over a burning car. And fire being put out.
I am thinking a 20-25 second animation. I am looking for a high quality 3D animation. I would also like to extract frames from the animation to be used in marketing material.
Alternatively if we make new / additional renderings.
