Build a blockchain based spin & win type game

Job Description:
We need to find a developer to build us a simple spin the wheel & win game but with a difference. The difference is that the mini game is blockchain based and smart contracts will need to be developed.
Purpose of the game
We are an NFT project and we have 400 NFT's in our smart contract (treasury), if our holders are unhappy with the NFT they hold we want them to be able to swap the NFT they hold for a different one from our smart contract.
I believe they would need to connect their meta mask (we already have this feature on our website) click to lock their NFT into a smart contract, they then pay 5 $USDT and spin the wheel which contains all the NFT's from our treasury on the wheel (+/-400) when it lands on an NFT they can choose to swap or spin again. If they choose to swap then the NFT they locked into the smart contract gets added to our collection and they can claim the NFT the wheel landed on. If they spin again they must sign to pay another 5 $USDT
Design & Functionality:
A section of the wheel will be visible on the screen and all of our NFT images will be loaded into the program and will flash by when the wheel is spun. The wheel will be decorative in the cosmic theme of our website (url provided in private chat) there should be 5 main colours on the wheel, the colours of the sections will represent the rarity of the NFT, Green - Common, Blue - Uncommon Red - Rare - Silver - Mythic and Gold - Legendary. A broad example of the design of the wheel is attached below, this is from another application/game and is an example for inspiration only.
We would like a 5% chance (around 15 sections if we have 300 NFTs) for spinners to win a prize of 10 MATIC. These funds will come out of a separate wallet from the one which captures the fees that users have paid to play.
If you are able to design & develop the mini game this is better for us, if you are a developer only please also get in touch because we can outsource the design separately.
