AI house painting drone

I am building a drone that paints houses, initially, it will circle the house and at the same time, a lidar sensor will be making a 3d model of the house, after that it will display 3d view of the house. I will then plan a route for the drone to follow and while it's following it, it will be spraying paint. I need a coder who can code software to take in all the info been relayed by the 3d lidar sensor and I need a coder to be able to make software for the drone to follow and paint autonomously. So i need to be able to create a flight plan for the drone to follow.
