Model Sculpting

I need a model sculpting done of a small hydraulic arm I have (the ones used in furniture to open doors and lids) and I need it sent to me finished in a file format that can be opened in Autodesk 3DS Max so I can add it to an image I am having rendered. I have the hydraulic arm here. I can take pictures of it and send it so you can clearly see it.
