I have a working script to build 3D model using a number of sequential grabbed point clouds.
I use Open3D to align clouds and build the model. This works fine for any number of point clouds - usually between 16 and 96. However, the time taken increases almost linearly with the number of point clouds so that at 96 it goes to 6 minutes or more on an i5 PC. I want to reduce the time to within 2 minutes. The task is to use multi processing (or any other mechanism) to reduce the time to under 2 minutes.
I need the 3D model creation with Python.
