Oliver Evans invented an automated grist mill which was built by George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, among others. I like a Sketchup MSPhysics model of the mill in operation. I'm interested only in the mechanics of the mill, not physical reality such as wood textures and such. Here is a YouTube video of the mill and I've attached a picture from Evans' book.

I'd want a 3D model that shows the grain moving through the mill and coming out as flour to be used in conjunction with a talk about the mill.
