DONE is a marketing agency specialized in residential real estate projects in Tel Aviv area
We are seeking 3D artists (animation, stills, 3D modeler and environment) to producing a 3D video animation (60 sec) of realistic architectural visualization aerial fly through In accordance with the script.
The artists require have extensive experience modeling, texturing and visualization skills with 3ds Max, Vray or Corona render and master knowledge with Unreal Engine 5.
The script will describe how the city will looks like in the future, in 2036 and shown by aerial fly through
The script will include among others urban renew process that the future development of residentials and office towers (exteriors) that changing the city's skyline, future commercial areas, building cultures, environmental development, future transportation (light rails, metro lines, etc.)
The script also included walkthrough apartment with Insane UE5 Graphics Real-time Lumen Dynamic Lighting and Reflection.
