Create a simple promotional graphic using this magazine page

Job Description:
This is a small project. I will be sending the bidder a photograph of a page from a magazine. The magazine page contains a mention of our website URL and we want to use it as a graphic on our website's 'media' page.
You will take the photograph, and turn it into something attractive, professional and ready for use on the web. I have highlighted the URL mention with yellow pen. You will then use a kind of 'magnifying glass' or zoom effect to show that small portion of text either over the graphic or off to the side. Similar to this:

This is a very small project. I want it delivered same day and you'll be paid [url removed, login to view]
NOTE: I also want a graphic designer to give us the logos of 4 or 5 magazines we've been featured in for our media page. These will be a standardized size and converted to dark grey on grey background. If you can do this too we can chat about it in PMB and you can make a bid for both small jobs.
