Part 1

We need a digital delivery system built which will hosts audio files in MP3 &Wav format for the same song/track. Each track needs to display an album image 200x200 pixels, display a track description, genre, track length with the option to be played in full on demand. It should also display a download button for each format ( wav and MP3)

Part 2

This platform is for radio stations to log into, preview the music and be able to download the wav or mp3 format.

This landing will be have a login box and a sign up field asking for email address, station call sign, station name, country, state/region/ gerne(s) and website. This email comes to us for verification. The radio station will be manually inserted into the database by us.

Part 3

whenever a song is downloaded we need a notification sent via email alerting us to the download. The email should contain, which station downloaded the track, states and country, date stamp and which email was used and how many times the track was downloaded.

The site needs to be responsive. We want the system built in pho/MySQL but also don't mind if the site is made with a Wordpress download theme as long as it meets our needs.
