Legal Research in property and intellectual property in France

We represent a group of Australian academics currently undertaking multi-jurisdictional legal research on a topical issue (further information to be provided to interested parties), which requires legal research skills specific to France.

As a result, we elicit the cooperation of local jurists in securing the following, in order of importance:

1. Legislation (codes, statutory provisions, etc)

2. Statement papers and policy documents

3. Secondary sources (ie journal articles and scholarly books)

4. Significant media releases (only if relevant and time permitting)

We require our cooperative partners to provide links to the above information wherever possible and, or, the whole documents where feasible and if time permits.
